Giving to support the Parish ministry

Why We Give

‘On the first day of every week, each one of you should set aside a sum of money in keeping with his income’
1 Corinthians 16:2

‘Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each man should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.’
2 Corinthians 9: 6-7

Your offertory pays for the ministry here in the Parish of Langdon Hills in line with our mission of ‘Welcoming, Growing, Praying, Caring and Reaching Out.’ The offertory covers many cost areas including staff, the upkeep of the buildings and the ministry facilities that we share, as well as mission work.
