New Church Electoral Roll 2019

New Church Electoral Roll 2019

The existing Electoral Roll (ER) is dissolved every 6 years, and that happens 7 April 2019. I am tasked with assembling a new ER before that, and the official start date for the process is coming up on Sunday 24th February 2019.

The congregation should be aware of the following:

    • Action is required by all existing and potential church members. Failure to respond leads to omission from the list.
    • Applicants for the Electoral Roll 2019 must inform the ER Officer  (Kennedy Rath) before 10th March to be included. Later applications can be added to the new list after APCM
    • Applications can be by completing and submitting a paper form – available at both church buildings during the period 24 February 2019 to 10 March 2019, or by an online submission to the ERO on, using a digital version of the form

Membership is open to bona fide members of the congregation aged 16 or over on 24 February 2019 to 10 March 2019 who wish to be on the Electoral Roll.  Eligibility is automatic for adults in the parish and regular visitors from outside the parish.  Specific enquiries regarding eligibility may be made in writing or online to the ERO.

Required details for the list are name and address. The published list will show name and address although the address can be omitted from the actual list if requested. The application form requires a date and signature.

All personal information will be dealt with as laid out in the Church’s Privacy Statement
